Dressing for sale   

We are often asked to assist sellers of houses that look uninviting to help them to dress it up for sale.   We believe that if we dress your house, your house will sell.   We  therefore give you a guarantee that we will refund you up to 75% of our fee should you not be able to sell your house within 12 to 16 weeks after you have marketed your house for sale following our “sale makeover” - our T & C’s apply.
